The Monitoring Centre is responsible for:

  • monitoring the course of medical action in an incident whose consequences caused a state of sudden health threat to a significant number of people,
  • monitoring the occurrence of an incident with a large number of injured people,
  • cooperation with the Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Health,
  • cooperation with provincial coordinators of emergency medical services,
  • cooperation with main medical dispatchers and dispatching medical dispatchers,
  • cooperation with dispatchers of the Air Ambulance Operations Centre,
  • conducting an analysis of the course of an incident with a large number of injured people and preparing a summary card of comments, observations and conclusions,
  • monitoring the course and handling of events of a special nature.
