Course program
On April 25, 2024, the National Emergency Medical Services Monitoring Center received approval from the Ministry of Health for the course programs developed by the Expert Team pursuant to Article 27b, paragraphs 5 and 6 of the Act of September 8, 2006, on State Emergency Medical Services (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1541).
The National Emergency Medical Services Monitoring Center began training medical dispatchers and provincial emergency medical coordinators at the beginning of June 2024.
The courses are conducted pursuant to the provisions of Article 27a of the Act on State Emergency Medical Services (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 652). In accordance with the Act, the National Medical Rescue Center (KCMRM) offers the following types of courses:
A course qualifying for employment as a medical dispatcher,
A course qualifying for employment as a provincial emergency medical coordinator,
A continuing education course for medical dispatchers, undertaken as part of their professional development as medical dispatchers.
