Health Minister
Association of Employers of Emergency Medical Services SP ZOZ

National Monitoring Center for Emergency Medical Services
The main tasks of the SWD PRM Council are to support the KCMRM in the preparation of changes and modifications to functionality in the SWD PRM. Thanks to the very rich experience of individual members of the council and their expertise, the prepared and implemented changes are more responsive to the real needs of users. Members of the council are people from different regions of Poland and working in different positions within the State Emergency Medical Service system, which contributes to the exchange of different experiences and building on practical knowledge.
The PRM SWD Council consists of a Chairman, Secretary and 38 members.
The SWD PRM Council Meetings are also attended by representatives of the SWD PRM Development Team of the KCMRM, and, if necessary, by invited guests. The Council deliberates in the form of Meetings, the Minutes of which are prepared.
Members of the SWD PRM Council are provided with the SWD PRM application modification documents, known as RFCs, for review, and have the opportunity to test the proposed changes on a TEST environment – before they are made available in the training environment and production environments.
Within the SWD PRM Council, sub-teams may be established for the substantive development of specific issues.
The Council for the Command Support System of the National Emergency Medical Service was established by Order No. 17/Z/2020 of the Director of the Air Ambulance Service dated March 23, 2020.
