Development and Analysis Team
The SWD PRM development and analysis team operating at KCMRM plays an extremely important role for SWD RM users – it implements modifications and expansion of SWD PRM outlined by the Ministry of Health.
The Development Team includes IT Analysts and Specialists (paramedics/medical dispatchers).
Knowledge of legal regulations, new trends and standards of conduct for medical dispatchers and members of emergency medical teams in the State Emergency Medical Services system, as well as modern IT and programming solutions, is extremely important in the work of the Team.
The team also collects users’ opinions and suggestions regarding the functioning of SWD PRM, which are used to design changes to currently operating functionalities as well as to create new ones to suit the needs of users.
The team is responsible for creating modification documents, the so-called RFC, coordinates the implementation work of the SWD PRM modifications, conducts application tests, cooperates with contractors and external institutions, such as the Ministry of Health, the National Health Fund, CSIOZ, GUGiK, and Provincial Offices.
The team also provides substantive support for employees of the Technical Center in the scope of SWD PRM functionality.
The employees of the SWD PRM Development Team are enthusiasts of medical rescue and modern IT solutions.
The work of the Team significantly contributes to improving the quality of operation of the State Emergency Medical Services system and improves the work comfort of SWD PRM users.
The team started its activities on January 1, 2019.
The head of the SWD PRM development and analysis team is Mr. Kamil Kolczyński.
