Technical Center

The Technical Center of the State Emergency Medical Services Command Support System (CT SWD PRM) is the team that receives all incident reports from the SWD PRM. The team includes helpdesk specialists and administrators. Together with provincial administrators and administrators of the SWD PRM dispatchers, they are responsible for administering and maintaining the system’s operational continuity. CT SWD PRM operates 24/7/365 and is always available to users requiring technical support. As part of their work, CT SWD PRM employees develop procedures, produce and maintain technical documentation, and create proprietary tools to support the administration and maintenance of the SWD PRM and its interoperable subsystems. CT SWD PRM employees also provide support to the SWD PRM Development and Analysis Team.

Another equally important task of CT SWD PRM is the construction and modernization of the IT infrastructure used by the SWD PRM and its interoperable subsystems. In this regard, CT SWD PRM conducts both architectural and implementation work on all key subsystems used by SWD PRM, including network, server, security, and database systems.

CT SWD PRM primarily prevents failures by developing the IT environment. This approach is intended to ensure high system availability and performance, but above all, to provide an IT platform for creating new functionalities in SWD PRM. CT SWD PRM implements solutions that SWD PRM can benefit from. When implementing solutions, it strives to leverage the latest IT trends and innovative solutions, and also participates in the development of new best practices.

CT SWD PRM is managed by a supporting administrator.
