We connect people, technology, and rescue.

KCMRM

What is KCMRM?

The National Emergency Medical Services Monitoring Centre (KCMRM) is responsible for the IT system (called the State Emergency Medical Services Command Support System – SWD PRM) providing citizens with access to the 999 emergency number and supporting the work of medical dispatchers, paramedics, doctors and nurses working in ambulances.

Why do we exist?

It creates and develops tools to improve the operation of emergency medical services, so that calls to the 999 emergency number are answered quickly and ambulances reach injured people in the shortest possible time.

What do we do?

It continuously, 24 hours a day, monitors medical events across the country and the proper operation of the SWD PRM system. It develops, maintains, and modifies all applications within the system, and provides technical support to its users. It also trains emergency call handlers and coordinates rescue operations at the provincial level.

Why is this important?

The tools created and developed, as well as the people trained by KCMRM, guarantee the efficient and effective operation of medical services providing assistance to those in need.

We connect people, technology, and rescue.

Every second counts.
