The 9th Scientific and Training Emergency Symposium is being held in Grudziądz on May 16-18, 2023, during which on May 17, 2023, the representative of KCMRM – Tomasz Draczyński from the SWD PRM Development Team, delivered his lecture “The quality of data entered into SWD PRM by EMS Managers”, in which he presented examples of errors made by EMS Managers when creating medical documentation in SWD PRM. Additionally, examples of errors made by medical dispatchers and hospital staff confirming the patient’s admission from the Emergency Medical Services were presented.
